


The center has attracted an excellent mix of businesses including Supercuts, Subway, Golden Spoon Yogurt, Ninja Japanese Steak and Sushi, Curves, and several other outstanding businesses.

The project is located adjacent to the Hampton Inn, Gold’s Gym, and the Movie Complex. Cedar City is called the Festival City renowned for its Shakespeare Theatre and other events. It is also home to Southern Utah University. Many of the new residents come from Californians who are buying in the city’s more elite subdivisions. Together with the college population, they provide an excellent base for businesses.
In addition, proximity to the I-15 freeway offers a very large volume of drive-by traffic from travelers and visitors. The combination makes for prime opportunities for new businesses and the Providence Towne Center provides the space for these ventures.
